J. Jeffers completed this historic, 72-unit high-quality affordable multi-family project in the Spring of 2020.  Brothers Interiors was excited to provide furniture for both the tenant community lounge and the leasing office.  This project, located in the City of Racine, was an adaptive reuse of a historic industrial building, once home to the Gold Medal Camp Furniture Manufacturing Company, famous for the canvas director’s chairs that is manufactured there for decades.
