The purpose of the Team 360 program is to promote employee engagement by: recognizing individuals who provide “Diamond Class” customer service, hosting team building events, participating in community outreach opportunities, and sponsoring events for employees that are family friendly.
Each month peers submit nominations for another coworker which they believe showcased “Diamond Class” customer service. Our Team 360 committee gathers to review the nominations and select the Employee of the Month & Hi-Five Award winners. Winners receive a small gift as a token of our appreciation. In addition, we announce and celebrate employee birthdays and work anniversaries with a special gift.
You can expect fierce competition and friendly banter, when taking part in events such as: our annual chili cook-off, breakfast bake sale, or during bowling and golf trips. We always show-up and show-out when tailgating prior to the Brewer’s Game outing. Enjoying the fresh air, cozying up near the fireplace, and playing ping pong and bag tournaments in our private courtyard are some of our favorite pastimes.
Community outreach events include fundraising for a meaningful cause to support local organizations and charities such as the Next Door Foundation, Sojourner Family Peace Center, Wisconsin Humane Society and the Hunger Task Force just to name a few.
We always welcome innovative ideas and ways to show our support so our employees continue to feel appreciated and by sharing our gratitude for their hard work and dedication every day.
