Coakley Brothers and Brothers Interiors engaged with Multi Fab and NOVA Products as they were finalizing the purchase of a new 99,000 square foot warehouse and office facility in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Brothers provided all interior design and architectural services, construction buildout, furniture procurement, and move management. A fast timeline to get the new building operating, Brothers focused on a team project management approach to coordinate all construction, design, logistics, product installation and minimal production downtime for the move into the new facility. Brothers completed the project ahead of time and on budget creating a beautiful and timeless new headquarters for Multi Fab and NOVA Products.
