Collaborated with the Tishman Speyer property management team & in.studio architecture to bring this exciting new development to life.

Custom design used 5 manufacturing partners to meet aesthetic and budget targets. The furniture in this space was designed to be durable for the high use environment while still providing a comfortable “coffee shop” feel for tenants to dine, and work in.
