As Executive Vice-President, John Regent-Smith oversees all company operations, managing all vehicles, labor and other company resources to meet customers’ needs. He also serves as account representative for many of the largest relocation projects in Southeast Wisconsin, striving to implement every move in the most efficient manner.
John joined Coakley Brothers in 1979 and served as a driver, project supervisor, and division manager before becoming EVP in 2000. His nearly four decades of experience encompasses labor management, project management, budget management and all aspects of operations, a virtual database of knowledge he readily shares with his team.
John is a member of the Office Moving Alliance (OMA) and has served on the Best Practices Committee since 2011. Having access to many of the largest and best commercial relocation companies across the nation and around the world allows him to bring the industry’s best practices to his position, and to Coakley Brothers’ diverse range of clients.
John has a degree in Economics from UW-Milwaukee and is married with three grown children: a teacher, a civil engineer, and a surgeon. He enjoys woodworking, playing music, attending high school and college sporting events, and spending time with his family.
